Recently, FINRA published an article titled, “What You Should Know About Life Settlements,” in which they provide a helpful overview of life settlements, as well as some important items for a policyowner to consider before deciding to sell their policy.
The article urged policyowners to see if the provider they are working with has a record of consumer complaints against them.
We believe providers shouldn’t just lack formal complaints, but should also have a public track record of delighting both policyowners who chose to sell their policy, as well as those who opted to not sell.
