Lighthouse Life expands policy acquisition and trading team with strategic hires of Matt Mracek and Kemi Adetola

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – November 2, 2022 – Lighthouse Life Solutions, LLC, the rapidly growing life settlement company has recently bolstered its policy acquisition and trading team with the additions of Matt Mracek to lead the division as Executive Vice President, and Kemi Adetola as Director, Policy Acquisition and Trading.  Matt and Kemi both have years of life settlement experience and will immediately accelerate the growth of Lighthouse Life’s business of originating and acquiring life insurance policies through life settlements.

Matt Mracek comes to Lighthouse with more than a decade of experience in life settlements and financial services. Most recently he worked at Abacus Life as Managing Director of their Capital Markets division, and previously served as their Director of Policy Operations, tasked with managing the portfolio management team, as well as the acquisition and servicing of their policy portfolio.  In his new role at Lighthouse, Matt will grow the number of funds the company works with and drive revenue by originating and trading policies in the secondary and tertiary life insurance markets.

Kemi Adetola previously worked at MLF LexServ, an independent life settlement portfolio servicing company that specializes in policy analysis and payment optimization. Kemi took on roles of increasing responsibility at the company, starting as a Senior Policy Analyst, before ultimately being promoted to Policy Analysis Manager, where she performed portfolio data analysis and actively engaged with clients to discuss the impact of pricing projections on their portfolios.
