Position Description
ClearLife Servicing (“ClearLife Servicing” or the “Company”) is seeking a President of Servicing to lead and grow the Company’s life policy and portfolio servicing business across both internal initiatives and external vendor partnerships.
The President of Servicing will work to define and execute the Company’s strategic objectives that drive the growth of the servicing business. The VP of Servicing will be responsible for developing and refining operational processes that are tightly aligned with the Company’s overarching strategy, developing, leading business development efforts in current and expanded markets to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with LHL leadership and LHL’s other companies to help increase LHL’s enterprise value.
The VP of Servicing will be the leader of a growing team at ClearLife Servicing and will require building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires being highly-client facing with the ability to work directly with subordinate servicing and pricing analysts to operate the Company smoothly and successfully and to address unique challenges when they arise.

ClearLife Servicing is a remote-first company. This role can be located anywhere within the U.S. with periodic travel for meetings and/or other events.
Position Responsibilities
Strategic, Operational, and Business Development Leadership
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for ClearLife Servicing, aligned with enterprise-level objectives.
- Serve as a senior, trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions, oversight, and ongoing support.
- Identify and pursue new servicing opportunities with asset managers, institutional investors, and strategic partners.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and supervise all ClearLife Servicing employees, including recruiting, performance management, and professional development.
- Develop and manage team- and individual-level KPIs, metrics, and goals tied to service quality, scalability, and profitability.
Vendor & Partner Oversight
- Select, manage, and oversee third-party vendors and service providers to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service-level agreements.
Data Infrastructure & Governance
- Oversee servicing data infrastructure, reporting, and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with internal technology and analytics teams to enhance servicing tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
Knowledge and Experience
- 7+ years’ of management experience in life insurance policy servicing and administration.
- Demonstrated experience leading servicing operations at scale for life settlement or longevity-linked assets.
- Experience with life settlement pricing and servicing tools, preferably ClariNet™.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, math, or related field.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in use of analytics and productivity software and platforms.
