This position is remote-first, with occasional travel required for meetings and events. Our headquarters is located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, conveniently close to Philadelphia and regional commuter train services for those wishing to be in the office.
Job Description
Case Processors assist Lighthouse Life Relationship Managers and customers through the process of selling their life insurance policy. This role requires a high degree of organization and attention to detail, as well as an ability to interact with customers and business partners.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a supporting role preferred

Responsibilities
- Gather information necessary for the appraisal of a life insurance policy such as insurance policy illustrations, insurance policies, and authorizations
- Respond to inquiries from consumers contacting Lighthouse Life (no cold calling)
- Work within Lighthouse Life’s CRM system to manage cases and carefully document each step in the process
- Partner with the Lighthouse Life sales teams in managing cases with our clients
- Other responsibilities within the scope of the insurance policy purchase process as necessary
